Team Freedom Outreach (TFO) is an all-volunteer group of Christian men who mentor “At Risk Youth in youth detention centers in Metro Atlanta. Approximately 85% of boys in youth detention centers do not have a man living in their household. One of the biggest problems “At Risk Youth” face is abandonment issues especially by their fathers that they do not talk about.
TFO wants to support mentor/mentee programs by sharing the short film “True Freedom” as a way to engage “At Risk” youth to talk about feelings of abandonment so that they can begin to heal.

FILMING EXPERIENCE JUST GOT BETTER
Issac Ingram is the founder of Team Freedom Outreach, an all-volunteer nonprofit organization of Christian Men who mentor kids in Youth Detention Centers through recreation and visitation. He wrote, directed, and produced the short film “True Freedom”.
OUR VISION
The vision for True Freedom short film is that it inspires healing, forgiveness, and reconciliation. We aspire True Freedom to grow into a feature film version that is seen worldwide.
OUR MISSION
True Freedom’s Short Film mission is to bring mental health awareness to the negative effects of abandonment and inspire engaging conversations with “At Risk” in mentor/mentee programs around the world.
